Question: How long does a massage session last?

Answer: A massage session typically lasts for 60 or 90 minutes. However, some massages, such as prenatal massage, may be shorter. 

Question: What should I wear to a massage appointment?

Answer: You should wear comfortable clothing that you can easily remove. Please remove all jewelry before your massage. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.  

Question: What should I expect during a massage?

Answer:  During a massage, you will lie on a massage table, completely draped at all times. The therapist will use their hands to apply pressure to your muscles, adjusting the pressure to your comfort level. You may feel sore after the massage, but this is usually temporary. It is important to drink plenty of fluids, such as water, after your massage to help flush out toxins and promote muscle recovery. We recommend drinking at least 8 glasses of water within 24 hours of your massage. 

Question: How many massage sessions do I need?

Answer: The number of massage sessions you need will vary depending on your needs. Some people only need one or two sessions, while others need more. Consult with your therapist during your visit.

Question: How often should I get a massage?

Answer: The frequency of massage therapy will also vary depending on your individual needs. Some people get a massage once a week, while others only get one a month. Consult with your therapist during your visit.

Question: Can I bring a friend or family member to my massage appointment?

Answer: Our policy is no guests are allowed unless they have an appointment. 

Question: Can I bring my child to my massage appointment?

Answer: All children must have a scheduled appointment and be over 12 years of age and accompanied by a parent.
